Do my guests pay a booking fee?
No. Guests pay your price. You pay a flat monthly fee per location, and card payments run through your own Stripe account at standard processing rates, so the money lands with you.
Can I run boats, cabins and RV sites from one account?
Yes. Timed rentals like pontoons, wake boats and jet skis, nightly stays like cabins, and pick-your-site RV pads all live on one board, with one guest list and one set of reports. Multiple marinas and locations sit under the same login.
What happens at the dock when there is no signal?
The dock app works offline. Walkaround photos, engine hours, fuel, the safety checklist and signatures are saved on the device and sync the moment you are back in range.
Will it work with my website?
Add one line of code and the booking widget appears on your site in your colors. You also get a hosted booking page you can link from Google, Instagram and email. Your tracking pixels run on booking pages, never on the card entry step.
We are in Florida. Is livery compliance covered?
Yes. The livery disclosure, insurance offer with a signed decline, the instruction statement, boater ID checks, the under-18 block and overdue alerts are built into checkout and the dock app.
How long does it take to switch?
Most operators are live in days, not weeks. We import your rentals, rates and upcoming bookings, set up your seasons and holidays, and walk your dock team through the app before your first weekend.
